The Great Commission
n
We were created to impact all nations for the glory of Christ. The testimony of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation is that we were created to enjoy God’s grace in relationship to Him, so that we may extend His glory to the ends of the earth. Matthew 28:19 commands and commissions us to “go and make disciples of all nations…”
Our goal is to be a faith family of world-impacting disciples who are partnering with our brothers and sisters here and around the world to produce ever-multiplying churches all around our city, this country, and to the ends of the earth. Our strategy is to send out short-term teams to serve the local church abroad and to expose our faith family to other contexts, allowing God to use those experiences to prompt people to plant their lives and establish churches in othere parts of the world.

How We Participate in Taking the Gospel to the Ends of the Earth
The Great Commission is not an EITHER/OR option, but a BOTH/AND command. From cover to cover, the Bible teaches that all the church – not just select individuals, but all the church is created to reflect all the glory of God to all the world. We are all commanded and commissioned to make disciples of all nations. Each of us must:
-
Pray for the nations and areas/peoples we are serving and have yet to serve.
-
Give to short-term efforts, mid-term efforts and long-term efforts to send teams to strengthen and establish the church and make disciples of all nations.
- Go on a short-term (1-2 weeks), mid-term (2 months to 2 years), or a long term (lifetime) mission to make disciples of all nations.

What is an unreached, unengaged people group (UUPG)? Unengaged unreached people groups have no coordinated evangelical Christian missionary presence among them. Unengaged unreached people groups have never heard the Gospel, or they may have been exposed to the Gospel in the past, but have been forgotten.
